Another major addition is Copilot Cowork. Rather than responding to one prompt at a time, Cowork can plan and complete longer, multi-step tasks across your files, conversations and applications. It can also pause for approval before carrying out important actions.

Microsoft is supporting this with Agent 365, which gives organisations greater visibility and control over how agents are used, secured and governed.
